About Oberoi ConsultingOberoi Consulting

Oberoi Consulting was set up in 2001 by Kavita Oberoi.

Oberoi Consulting was set up to provide a solution to some of the barriers GPs faced in implementing the National Service Framework for Coronary Heart Disease. The first step to assist in the implementation of guidelines was the identification of patients through a computer audit of clinical records. This baseline provided a gap analysis to formulate an action plan for the effective recall, review and treatment of patients in order to reach the clinical targets set out in the guidelines.

Today, with the advent of an increasing number of guidelines and targets, clinical audit forms the cornerstone of our business. This is complimented by an ever increasing portfolio of services driven by changes in the NHS.

Coupled with clinical audit is the provision of clinical systems training delivered across the United Kingdom and on occasions internationally.
